  • Description

    This medium with 3.0% agar is a modification of regular Sabouraud agar differing in concentration of agar. It can withstand longer autoclaving time upto 30 miutes. Sabouraud Dextrose Agar formulation described by Sabouraud and Sabouraud Dextrose Agar w/3.0% agar is used for the cultivation of fungi (yeasts, moulds) and aciduric microorganisms.
