THYMOL BLUE

Thymol Blue is a brownish-green powder that is widely used as a pH indicator in analytical and laboratory applications. The indicator has a characteristic dual color transition range, which finds applications in acid-base testing and titration work. It changes from red to yellow within the pH range of 1.2-2.8 and from yellow to blue between pH 8.0-9.6.
