SS. STERILITY TEST MANIFOLD SYSTEM

The Sterility Test Manifold System is used for vacuum filtration microanalysis of liquids for biological or particulate contamination. The set-up with three stations allows for several filtration operations and can accommodate filtration funnels of 47 mm diameter. The system is 316 stainless steel providing a robust configuration for routine laboratory filtration applications.
PTFE valves allow controlled operation at each station. The locking nut holds the filtration funnel firmly in place and helps to prevent membrane damage during filtration. A 316 stainless steel screen with a silicone gasket supports efficient filtration and helps retain particles during the process.
The system may be employed for microbiological examination of captured particles, and for the filtration of a biological product like proteins. It is also applicable to strain solvents and aqueous solutions in the analysis of particulates in liquids. Its multi-station design makes it practical for laboratories handling repeated filtration workflows where consistent assembly, controlled vacuum filtration and reliable membrane support are required.
