PETRI PLATE CARRIER WITH HANDLE

Petri Plate Carrier with Handle is made to provide a safe means of handling and transporting Petri plates in the laboratory and during on-site work. Its stainless steel construction provides durability and supports repeated laboratory use. The carrier is made from SS 304 and features a smooth design without corners that can make cleaning difficult.
A swing handle provides convenient handling and makes it easier to carry Petri plates between work areas. The holder is designed to hold up to 15 petri plates of 55 mm diameter, making it useful when multiple plates need to be moved or stored together.
The carrier can be used for handling, transport and incubation of Petri dishes, sterilization and storage applications. It is resistant to steam autoclaving at 121°C for 30 min for the needs of routine laboratory sterilization. However, it is not recommended for dry heat sterilization.
These features and its practical handling make the carrier also useful for moving stacks of plates in the routine work of microbiology in laboratories where an organized and secure transport of Petri plates is needed.
