M-Green YM Broth Ready-to-Use Liquid Media Tubes are ready-to-use prepared and sterile selective culture media for enumeration and detection of yeasts and moulds using membrane filtration. It is supplied in tubes containing 2-2.5 mL of medium and can be used directly without any addition. The medium favours fungal recovery and inhibits bacterial contaminants.

It is recommended for microbiological testing of water, beverages, medicines and products in general and for other products susceptible to fungal contamination. For membrane filtration testing, the sterile absorbent pads were soaked in the medium and the membrane filters with the sample were aseptically laid onto the pads prior to incubation under the recommended conditions.
