Description

Dextrin White is a white to creamish white colored powder with solubility varying according to the molecular weight. Low molecular weight fractions are fully soluble in water giving a viscous slurry, while higher molecular weight forms show partial solubility. It can be utilized or modi?ed for the use in immune response stimulation or colitis research. Its versatile nature and different solubility profiles allow its use in investigations with biological systems and in functional carbohydrate systems.
