ANAEROBE GAS PACK

Anaero Gas Pack is a disposable system designed to create suitable anaerobic conditions inside anaerobic jars for the cultivation of microorganisms requiring reduced oxygen conditions. The pack combines oxygen absorption with carbon dioxide generation and starts reacting immediately when exposed to air after placement inside the sealed jar.
No water addition or catalyst is required for operation, and the system does not generate gas pressure that requires a pressure gauge. One sachet is suitable for anaerobic jars with a capacity of up to 3.5 litres. For larger jars, two or three sachets can be used according to the jar volume, while ensuring that multiple sachets are not placed directly on top of each other.
For use, the paper sachet is removed from its foil bag without opening it and placed directly inside the anaerobic jar before closing the lid. Used sachets may generate heat because of residual reactivity and should be discarded only after cooling. The pack is intended for cultivation under conditions below 45°C (113°F).
