Agarose Low EEO is a white free-flowing powder and is widely used in gel-based applications where low electroendosmosis is required for better resolution. It provides a robust matrix for processing delicate biomolecules. It has been used to form photosynthetic slabs and to estimate amino acid concentrations in agarose and agar samples. In addition, it acts as an immobilisation substrate for enzyme immobilisation, facilitating controlled biochemical reactions.
