STERILE DISPOSABLE LOOP (ABS)

Sterile Needle Loop is a ready to use microbiological tool intended for stabbing into culture media in routine laboratory procedures. The inoculation and transfer of microbial cultures were carried out with a calibrated 10 µL loop with an inner diameter of 3.5 mm.
The needle loop is made from a plastic resin that gives it controlled flexibility, but is firm enough to handle stubborn colonies. Their construction helps avoid cutting or damaging the agar surface during inoculation. Being supplied sterile, the loop does not require flaming for sterilization before use, helping simplify routine laboratory handling.
The tool is suitable for use in clinical, pharmaceutical and testing laboratories where cultures are to be inoculated by stabbing into solid or semi-solid media. The straight-loop design provides convenient handling and supports consistent inoculation along the required path within the medium.
