CITRIC ACID (ANH.), EXTRA PURE

Citric Acid (Anhydrous), Extra Pure is a dry, moisture free form of citric acid available in the form of white crystalline powder. Its anhydrous nature makes it useful in applications which require moisture control or in which stability and consistency are needed during application. This grade has a low pH range of 1.-2. in solution, provides efficient pH adjustment and antioxidant protection. It limits moisture uptake and oxidation, preserves the integrity of active components and enables predictable results with time. With an assay of not less than 99.5% and very low levels of ash, chloride, phosphate, lead, and residual moisture, this extra pure grade enables dependable quality, clean processing and consistent results in application with high precision.
