  • Description

    Warm up XLT4 Supplement to room temperature and add 4.6ml to 1000 ml of TM 493 – XLT4 AGAR BASE. Heat to boiling
    to dissolve the medium completely. Avoid overheating. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
