vials to 1000 ml of sterile, molten cooled (45-50?C) TM 2231 – MacCONKEY SORBITOL AGAR BASE W/ RHAMNOSEas
desired. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
Principle
Recommended for selective isolation of E.coli O157:H7.
