  • Description

    Rehydrate the contents of one vial aseptically with 2 ml sterile distilled water and mix well to dissolve. Avoid frothing of
    the solution. Aseptically add the rehydrated contents to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 071 – COLUMBIA
    BLOOD AGAR BASE / TMV 071 – COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE (VEG.) / TM 2044 – COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE W/ 1%
    AGAR / TM 041 – BLOOD AGAR BASE No. 2 / TM 1842 – BLOOD AGAR BASE NO. 2 (ISO 11290-1:2017) / TM 2011 – BLOOD
    AGAR BASE NO. 2 WITH 1.2% AGAR / TM 056 – CAMPYLOBACTER AGAR BASE with 5-7% v/v lysed defibrinated horse blood
    TM 514 – BRUCELLA AGAR BASE / TMV 514 – BRUCELLA AGAR BASE (VEG.) / TM 680 – BRUCELLA AGAR BASE, MODIFIED
    with 5% inactivated horse serum. Mix gently and pour into sterile petri plates.
