The test pack runs on standard cycles of 16.9 minutes at 121°C, 4 minutes at 132°C, or 3.5 minutes at 134°C,, providing dependable results across multiple sterilization parameters. When the cycle is successfully finished, the indicator sheet changes uniformly from yellow to dark brown/black, confirming proper steam penetration throughout the chamber.
